To celebrate our participation in the Helsinki Fresh -exhibition in Berlin, we thought we'd give you a chance to make your own origami summer bird. These are miniature versions of the birds we have on show, all filled with Pattern Bakery -patterns. Have fun!

| Download one (or all) of these pictures on to your computer. |

| Print the pattern on A4. Use fit on page -option on the printer. |

| Cut off the extra. |

| Fold top corner to bottom corner with print inside and crease. Open, fold sideways and crease. |

| Open, turn so that print is on the outside, fold in half, crease. Open and fold both directions. |

| Bring all the corners together. Make sure that the (yellow) beak is inside the folds. |

| Flatten. |

| Fold top flaps to meet in the centre. |

| Repeat this on the other side as well. |

| Fold top down, crease on both sides. |

| Unfold. |

| Open the top flap. |

| Bring it up. |

| Flatten the sides down. Repeat on the other side as well. |

| Fold flaps to meet in the centre, repeat in the back. |

| Fold the tail and beak, crease well and unfold. |

| Open the side... |

| And fold the tail and beak along the creases. |
