Easiest pie ever

This pie recipe from my father is right up my street, it's so easy to make, and really one of the best pies I've ever tasted. The combination of the textures of sponge cake and crumble on top is just lovely, and you can use a variety of berries, whatever you have around. I've had this made of rhubarb also, and that was really nice too.

3 dl milk
3 dl sugar
2 eggs
100-150 g butter
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
app. 5 dl wheat flour

blueberries or bilberries, raspberries

crumble on top:
75 g butter
1 dl sugar
app. 1,5 dl wheat flour

Mix the all the ingredients, add flour so that the mix is loose enough. Loose like a sponge cake mix, if you know what that's like. Pour on to a flat, wide, shallow baking tin, (sorry I'm not really sure what that's called in English, and if someone does, please let me know...) lined with baking parchment and add blueberries on top. Rub the butter into the flour and sugar, enough flour to make it quite dry, and add the crumble mix on top. Bake in 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, well, until it looks done really.
